The PPSRit App provides users with the ability to perform vehicle searches using Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) based on data available from the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). Users can create both business and personal accounts to access search results.
3. User Accounts
a. Registration: Users may create business or personal accounts by providing accurate and complete information.
b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activities conducted through their accounts.
c. Accuracy of Information: Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. PPSRit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
4. Vehicle Searches
a. VIN Searches: The App allows users to perform vehicle searches using VINs to access information available from the PPSR.
b. Search Results: PPSRit provides search results based on data from the PPSR. However, the App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.
5. Use of Information
a. Purpose: The information obtained through the App is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. Users are encouraged to verify the information independently.
b. Restrictions: Users agree not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Any misuse of the App may result in suspension or termination of user accounts.
6. Privacy
a. Data Security: PPSRit is committed to safeguarding user data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how user information is collected, used, and protected.
7. Modifications to Terms
PPSRit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

PPSRit may terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The App is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. PPSRit makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
